Terms of Service

Chasivo is an AI-powered invoice chasing tool designed for freelancers and small businesses. It helps you track unpaid invoices, generate follow-up emails, and predict payment risk. Chasivo is not a financial advisor, accounting tool, or debt collection agency.

By using Chasivo, you agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful invoice management purposes.
• Not use Chasivo for spam, harassment, or illegal debt collection practices.
• Not attempt to access other users' data or circumvent security measures.
• Not reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI features.

Chasivo uses artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic) to generate invoice follow-up drafts and payment risk assessments. All AI-generated content is presented for your review before any action is taken. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated communications before sending.

AI outputs are suggestions only. Chasivo does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content.

Do not enter protected health information (PHI), social security numbers, bank account credentials, or other highly sensitive personal data into Chasivo. The platform is designed for invoice and business communication management only.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Chasivo. We process your data solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

Chasivo is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: lost revenue from late payments, damaged client relationships, or inaccurate AI-generated content.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings > General. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 90 days.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of Chasivo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
