Privacy Policy

Chasivo is an AI-powered invoice chasing platform operated by TheRackey OÜ, registered in Estonia. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at legal@chasivo.com.

• Account data: name, email address, and password hash (stored securely via Supabase Auth).
• Invoice data: amounts, dates, descriptions, and customer names you enter.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and performance metrics.
• AI data: invoice content sent to Anthropic for generating follow-up drafts and risk assessments. Personal identifiers are stripped before transmission.

We collect data solely to provide and improve the Chasivo service — sending invoice reminders, generating AI-powered follow-up drafts, and predicting payment risk.

• Supabase — database and authentication (EU-hosted servers).
• Anthropic — AI draft generation (data is not used for model training).
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Stripe — billing and payment processing.
• Sentry — error monitoring (no PII included in reports).

We never sell your data to third parties.

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all data is queued for permanent deletion within 90 days. After that period, data is irrecoverably removed from all systems.

Under GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA, you have the right to:

• Access your data — use the data export feature in Settings.
• Correct inaccurate data — edit your profile and invoice records directly.
• Delete your data — use the account deletion feature in Settings > General.
• Export your data — download a full JSON export from Settings > General.
• Object to processing — contact us to opt out of specific data uses.

By default, Chasivo uses only necessary cookies (authentication session). No tracking or advertising cookies are used unless you explicitly accept them via the cookie consent banner.

This policy is governed by EU GDPR, UK GDPR, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
